Permanent magnetic lifters are designed for lifting and moving metal loads, such as sheet metal, flat products, pipes, slabs, machine parts and mechanisms. The magnetic lifters operates due to the built-in power magnet, the magnetic field of which is switched on and off by mechanical movement of the handle. The handle has an additional lock against accidental release. The gripper is compact and small in size and does not require electricity to operate. The grippers are equipped with a lifting bracket.
Due to the prismatic shape of the magnetic pole (sole), the grippers allow you to work with cylindrical loads. When switched off, the magnetic field is completely absent. It is generally impossible to turn on the clamp on materials that do not have magnetic properties.
When lifting oversized loads, it is necessary to install a pair or several devices to prevent the load from falling due to deflection under its own weight, torsion around its axis, and slipping off the magnet due to uneven mass distribution.
When working with cylindrical loads, the load capacity calculation should be halved.

The correct operation of the mechanism and the maximum efficiency of its magnetic field should be considered only in relation to each individual metal workpiece that is to be handled.
