1. BLACKLINE chain gear hoists. These can be both standard inexpensive chain hoists and universal premium segment hand hoists with a lifting capacity of 0.5-5 tons, painted black with powder paint: reverse hoists and 360° rotating
hoists manufactured by ABLE (USA). Manual chain hoists are used to assemble truss structures, install flooring and temporary tents, cover the roof of stages, and install banners and billboards. The reversible hoists are equipped with a
chain collection bag. ABLE devices with a 360° rotating drive unit allow the user to stay in a safe area during the installation of stage equipment.
2. Black round slings. These are slings consisting of a protective 50 mm sleeve, inside which strong polyester threads or steel wire ropes are laid, which take the main load of the load-gripping device. Each sling
is equipped with an information tag that contains basic information about the manufacturer and the product (No., date of manufacture, load capacity, length).
3. Tie-down straps (ratchets). Fasteners used to tie together the elements of the stage structure and technical equipment. The tie-down strap is made of a durable black polyester tape 25, 38 or 50 mm wide, resistant to ultraviolet
radiation and various kinds of dirt, two hooks on the short and long parts of the strap, as well as a ratchet (tensioner) designed to tension the tape and keep it in a taut position.
4. Textile ties. Black webbing ties 0.6 m long and 25 mm wide, used for tying and fastening power cables, small parts and structural elements of the stage. The tie consists of a clamp designed to tension the
webbing and keep it in a taut position. Each product is equipped with a tag with technical information about the product and the manufacturer.
5. Rigging shackles. For the installation and fastening of structural elements of the stage, omega-shaped rigging shackles according to EN 13889 are used, painted black with powder paint. The shackles are made of alloy steel with a
zinc plated galvanized coating. The safety margin is 6:1. Shackles with a load capacity of 1-2 tons are in stock, other sizes are available on request within a working week.
6. I-beam clamps. Devices used to hang hand chain hoists during the installation of stage equipment. To allow the clamp to be installed on different sizes of beams, a screw adjustment of the device is provided. In stock clamps with a lifting
capacity of 1-2 tons, other sizes are available on request during the working week.
