The standard XY roller system is a complete set that includes a steering and auxiliary rolling platforms. The classical scheme of transporting loads with a roller system is based on a three-point positioning: a steering trolley at the front and two auxiliary platforms kinematically connected to each other by a steel rod at the rear. The number of steering and auxiliary platforms can be greater, depending on the size and weight of the load.
The steering trolley is equipped with a length-adjustable handle for easy transportation and a swivel device with a diameter of 150 - 200 mm with a bearing unit for the possibility of changing the direction of movement of the load at an angle of up to 210 °. The entire XY rolling system relies on durable rollers made of polyurethane or nylon, which do not damage the floor covering indoors or outdoors, and also provide a smooth, quiet ride. The number of rollers depends on the model of the roller system: from 4 to 36 pieces. The design of the rolling system ensures a minimum rolling coefficient and uniform distribution of the load weight, allowing you to move loads weighing several tons by one worker.
