The online store «Takelag System» offers to purchase Four-Leg Chain Sling G100. The slings are manufactured in accordance with the European industry standard at the production own facilities under its trademark «TAKELAG». The model range is available in load capacities from 3,0 to 14,0 tones and in lengths to suit the customer's requirements.

Products with non-standard equipment are designed individually.

our-Leg Chain Sling G100 is made of components of strength class 10, which load capacity is 25% higher then items of grade 80. Therefore there dead weight and size are smaller then products of grade 80 steel. For attaching to a crane or manipulator hook, the main link is installed with additional ovals that combine the two branches into a single structure. Different types of end elements can be used as universal grippers: hooks with latches, self-locking hooks or swivel hooks.

The sling can also be equipped with special grippers and hooks, for example, for working with sheet steel or for moving containers. Additionally, to adjust the length of the legs, the sling can be equipped with hooks, which makes it possible not only to work with different ceiling heights, but also to work with loads with a shifted center of gravity.

The assembly of the chain sling does not require any special equipment or skills and is similar to a construction kit, where the only criterion for selecting all components is the chain gauge, making the assembly process quick, easy and eliminating errors in installing elements of inappropriate load capacity. An aluminum tag with technical information is attached to the finished product.

Important to know!

conduct a visual inspection;
do not use a sling with damaged/deformed links and hooks;
use the nominal value of the percentage point at ambient temperatures from -40 to +200 °C;
at ambient temperatures from -200 to +300 °C, reduce the percentage point by 10%;
at ambient temperatures from -300 to +400 °C, reduce the percentage point by 25%;
if the radius of rounding of the edges is more than 2 Ø of the chain, the percentage point is nominal;
if the radius of rounding of the edges is from 1 to 2 Ø of the chain, reduce the percentage point by 30%;
if the radius of rounding of the edges is less than 1 Ø of the chain, reduce the percentage point by 50%;
do not exceed the nominally permissible maximum load;
do not lift blocked loads;
do not use slings with hooks without latches;
store slings in a dry, clean place away from heat and sunlight;
take into account the change in load capacity of slings depending on the slinging method (see table).
