The online store “Takelag System” offers to purchase an Endless Wire Rope sling (spliced). The slings are manufactured in accordance with the European industry standard at own production facilities under trademark «TAKELAG». The model range is available in load capacities from 0.63 to 20.0 tons and in lengths to suit the customer's requirements.

Products with extremely high load capacities and non-standard lengths are designed individually.

Endless Wire Rope sling (spliced) are made of steel rope of 6x19 or 6x36 construction without external lubrication. For hanging on a hook suspension, a soft eye is formed from the rope. The end elements can be various types of snap hooks, self-locking hooks or swivel hooks.
The sling loops are made by crimping the ends of a rope section with an aluminum ferrule in a special press. Under the influence of high pressure, aluminum penetrates deep into the rope structure, which allows the ends to be securely spliced. Before being crimped, the inside of the loop is reinforced with a galvanized thimble.

A metal or aluminum tag with technical information is attached to the finished product.
