Cargo restraint systems based on chains of class G-100
Load binder G-100 - is a modern method of securing cargo in road, sea and rail transport. Chain load binders consist of a tensioner, a binding chain, connecting and end rigging components made of alloy steel grade G100 (tenth strength class).
Load chain G-100 and tensioner are 25% stronger than load chains and chain devices of strength class 8, which allows to reduce the weight of the device structure with the same tensile characteristics. Load binders G-100 have a long service life due to the higher yield strength of the steel.
To visually distinguish Class 10 chain binders, the surface of the products is coated with blue or purple powder paint (in accordance with EN 12195-3). The only drawback of these load securing devices is their high price, which is justified by the quality, reliability and durability of their operation.
