Double braided rope lanyard (K20/2K55) TM TAKELAG

The online store “Takelag System” offers to purchase a double braided rope lanyard (K20/2K55) TAKELAG. These slings are manufactured in accordance with the profile standard EN 358, 354 and 355.

The double lanyard with shock absorber is designed to insure the installer against falling when moving along ladders, supports, along metal structures, etc. Two large connectors allow you to quickly and alternately change attachment points while wearing gloves. All connectors are equipped with a double safey latch against unauthorized opening, and the hook latch closes automatically, which adds to the safety of use. This type of lanyard provides a smooth stop to the worker's fall. The component that dampens the impact load to a safe 6 kN is a textile shock absorber that gradually breaks and elongates during a fall. That is why the minimum height from the lanyard attachment to the surface should not be less than 6 meters. 
An additional restriction on the use of this sling is the presence of any obstacles in the path of a possible fall from the support to the nearest surface. Braided rope lanyard double is used in combination with safety harnesses SH-1, SH-2, SH-3 belts equipped with pectoral or dorsal anchor points for attaching fall protection equipment.

Important!  
The lanyard can be damaged by open flames, sparks, high ambient temperatures and sharp edges of metal structures.
For work under the influence of the above risks, use wire rope lanyard with a shock absorber. 

For the commissioning of all PPE from TM TAKELAG, an Acceptance Test Report is provided free of charge.
