The online store “Takelag System” offers to purchase a double twisted rope lanyard with shock absorber TR+SA (K20/2K55) TAKELAG. These lanyards are manufactured in accordance with the profile standard EN 354, 355.

The double lanyard with shock absorber is designed to insure the installer against falling when moving along ladders, supports, along metal structures, etc. Two large connectors allow you to quickly and alternately change attachment points while wearing gloves. All connectors are equipped with a safety latch against unauthorized opening, and the hook latch closes automatically, which adds to the safety of use. This type of sling provides a smooth stop to the worker's fall when he or she falls off the support. The component that dampens the impact load to a safe 6 kN is a textile shock absorber that gradually breaks and elongates during a fall. That is why the minimum height from the sling attachment to the surface should not be less than 6 meters. An additional restriction on the use of this sling is the presence of any obstacles in the path of a possible fall from the support to the nearest surface. The rope sling double is used in combination with a PL-2 harness or combined SH-1, SH-2, SH-3 belts equipped with chest or back anchor points for attaching fall protection equipment.
