Anti-skid bracelets

The online store “Takelag System” offers anti-skid bracelets for evacuating cars from snow drifts or mud, manufactured in Poland under the TM “TAKELAG”. 
Chain anti-skid bracelets are a special device for passing difficult road sections (ice, snowdrifts, mud). Suitable only for cast wheels. These car accessories improve the grip of tires and increase passability through the use of a section of galvanized square chain. The bracelets are designed only for self-rescue of the car or short-term overcoming of difficult road sections. We recommend installing at least 2 products on one alloy wheel at a time. Immediately after overcoming a snowdrift or mud, the anti-skid chains must be removed.

Instructions:

• Stretch the accessory into the gap between the wheel arch and the tire.
• Use the spoke (included in the package) to hook the strap.
• Stretch the strap between the wheel and the brake device.
• Pull the strap through the buckle on the back side.
• The anti-skid bracelet is installed so that the spring mechanism is on the side of the wheel.
• Tighten the bracelet securely.

Operation.
The products are designed for short-term use when passing through difficult areas. Long trips with bracelets on the wheels are not recommended, as they can damage the tire and disc.

After installing the bracelet, you need to drive a few meters to make sure that the buckle has NOT slipped off the side of the wheel and that the device is securely tightened. If not, repeat the bracelet tightening procedure.

Important!

• The recommended speed of a vehicle with bracelets is no more than 20 km/h on loose surfaces.
• Do not use bracelets when driving on clean asphalt, concrete, or other hard surfaces.
• To avoid damaging the vehicle's CV joint, do not turn the steering wheel all the way when pressing the gas pedal sharply.
• Do not install the bracelet next to the nipple.
