Single pulley with platform is used as a part of the poly sling systems with horizontal attachment. By using the pulley with a platform, it is possible to increase the lifting capacity of the chain sling or change the direction of traction of lifting or traction equipment, for example, an electric traction winch. The presence of the platform allows the pulley to be fixed in the desired location at four points using a detachable bolted connection, for which technological holes are provided in the structure. In case of emergency and in the presence of welding equipment, the pulley can be welded to a reliable metal structure through the platform.

Steel ropes, cords, and cables are used as load-bearing elements through the pulley. Carbon steel pulley blocks can be supplied with or without a bearing.
