Permanent magnetic lifter - an excellent alternative to mechanical clamps
The use of magnetic clamps in warehouses, metal depots, and construction sites can significantly speed up and facilitate the process of lifting and moving metal sheets, billets for machining, long flat products, pipes, components, and mechanisms.
A magnetic clamp is a device that operates due to the action of a power magnet, which turns on or off the magnetic field of the device by switching the handle. All modern magnetic grippers have a special safety lock on the handle that prevents accidental switching off of the device.

- compact size and relatively low dead weight;
- no power source is required for operation;

- when working with loads of circular cross-section, the passport capacity of the clamp should be reduced by 50%;
- the device does not work on materials that do not have magnetic properties;
- the permissible temperature range of the device is 40°C to +80°C.
Important! When working with large-sized and non-standard loads, several magnetic grippers are used simultaneously - this will prevent the load from falling, torsion around its axis, and slipping off the magnet sole as a result of uneven weight distribution.
When choosing a clamp, it is not enough to consider only its nameplate load capacity. The correct operation of the device and the effectiveness of the magnetic field are considered based on the characteristics of the metal load to be moved with the magnetic clamp:
- weight of the transported cargo;
- overall dimensions;
- steel grade and thickness of the cargo;
- surface roughness of the product.
