Snap hooks 5299D are universal devices designed to securely connect fastening and mounting elements (ropes, cords, chains, cables). These snap hooks are equipped with a locking nut that prevents accidental opening of the snap hook without first unscrewing it. As a result, the fire snap hook is structurally more reliable than the 5299C universal snap hook, but has a longer time to fix/disconnect the nut. In combination with lanyards and cords, it is possible to form a stretch.
