Specification

The online store “Takelag System” offers to purchase a heavy malleable thimble DIN 3091.

Thimbles are teardrop-shaped metal products designed for installation in cable ties. They are capable of withstanding heavy loads. At our production facilities it is
possible to manufacture a steel wire rope tripwire and two heavy malleable thimbles by pressing them into an aluminum socket in a special press.

Applications:

in cable ties and spacers;
rope structures for assembly boom, anchor boom, unloading rope;
as individual fastening elements of ship rigging;
construction of structures with large spans (bridges, stadiums, shopping malls).

Quality:

comply with the standards: DIN 3091, EN 13411-1;
material: carbon steel.

Important! The hole size D1 can be bored to the size D2 max or reduced to the diameter required by the Customer by pressing an additional sleeve.
