These externally lubricated wire ropes (cables) are load-carrying elements used for lifting and transporting machines (automobile, railway, tower, bridge, gantry, ship, portal cranes) and mine hoisting systems and cableways. Structurally, a double stranded steel rope of the construction of 6x36 consists of an organic core (hemp, polypropylene, sisal) and six identical strands with linear wire contact. The rope can be produced in both right and left handed braids. It works perfectly with alternating bending, has high flexibility and strength at the same time.
